Please note that fully personalized designs are eligible for exchange or store credit only to ensure the quality and exclusivity of our craftsmanship.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your box.
Pack and Ship
Place the sneakers in their original shoebox and secure them within a shipping mailer to prevent damage, then drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Our team will inspect the returned sneakers for wear within 5 business days of receipt, after which your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
